Things To Know Before Contacting Sales
I. Data Conversion CPIAM® Pty Ltd can convert important data from your Existing System into the CPIAM® POSMax Pharmacy Retail Management System. Please be aware that there maybe limitations, ask the representative if you have any questions.
II. Existing Hardware CPIAM® Pty Ltd will always use existing hardware as much as possible. Our System has been tested on a wide variety of hardware configurations and, in most cases, only minor equipment upgrades will be required.
III. Software Demonstrations can be provided in a number of ways from Onsite Demonstrations to Video Base Demonstrations. When possible, an Onsite Demonstration is preferred to answer any questions immediately.
IV. Software Training is included when you purchase the CPIAM® POSMax Pharmacy Retail Management System. The basic package includes 1 Day Onsite Training after installation with our Pharmacist and POS Specialist. Extra training can also be purchased.
Things To Know Before Contacting Support
I. Inside Hours Software Support is delivered to customers in a variety of ways depending on the situation including: Phone Support, Remote Access, Onsite Support and Online Resources such as Knowledge Base Articles and Training Videos.
II. Hardware Support is not provided. This includes, computers, Printers, Internet issues and Network Issues. Please consult your Hardware Vendor/Supplier.
III. 3rd Party Software Support is not provided. This includes External POS/Dispense Systems, Windows Operating System Support, Microsoft Office Support, Adobe Product Support and any other software that has not written and maintained by CPIAM® Pty Ltd.
IV. Data Backup and Restoration Support is only provided through the CPIAM® SecureIT™ Online Backup Service. CPIAM® Pty Ltd does not support any 3rd Party Backup System. If you decide not to use our Online Backup Service, it's your responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete backups are being kept.
